"If you are looking for a personal trainer, Jake is the one to go to. I cannot recommend him enough, he is the best trainer you can have! Few months ago, I decided to ask him about PT as he seemed very approachable and friendly, we then had a quick session where he could judge of my current level and establish a benchmark to see my progress going forward. After that he came up with a plan which really meets what I told him I was looking. He is very knowledgeable and patient to answer any question you might have about an exercise you're doing. He is a great motivator and will push you just the right way for you to learn and progress. And best of all, this is the first time ever I feel confident enough to do the same exercises I learnt with him by myself without feeling out of place. And icing on the cake is I regularly improve most of my PB. I am now actually looking forward to going to the gym and even more so to my sessions with Jake.  how to work well to achieve my goals. I had 6 weeks to get in shape for one of my friends wedding and was anxious that I left it too late. However, when I started to work with Jake, he took on my weight goal as if it was his own personal goal and tailored a personal fitness program that got me the best results I could have asked for. Not only did I loose a stone and a half, my overall strength and fitness improved in such a short space of time. 
I've learnt a lot from Jake as he is always sharing his expert knowledge on fitness and tips on nutrition. But the one thing that I love about Jake the most is that he pushed me to do things that I never thought I could do.
