MUAY THAI GROUP CLASSES
Learn Muay Thai striking and grappling in a fun supportive class environment. The class includes learning technique, strength & conditioning drills, mobility and games.
Class times
Tues: 7.30-8.30pm: TargetFit Wanstead
Thurs: 7.30-8.30pm: Foxdene Cl, London E18 1BH (scout hut)
Sat: 12-1pm: TargetFit Wanstead

121 Muay Thai training includes, learning advanced Muay Thai techniques and strategy, Advanced strength & conditioning, as well as session by session assessment and feedback on current strengths and weaknesses.

Through advanced strength & conditioning techniques we will work together to achieve your fitness goal. Whether fat loss, toning, strength gain or improving general fitness we can help!
